@SkyServes Pls read my DM sent 2 hours ago. My digibox has been stone cold dead 3 days now, no lights whatsoever, no standby light, no clock light. Troubleshooting has been done several times. It has no light at all. Would appreciate a schedule with a Sky technician asap. Tnx.
(and howcome your customer service hotline is no longer staffed? it’s just an automaton notifying that it is on self-help mode etc.)
