Hopefully, in the past few days of contract re-negotiation, ABS-CBN Sky Cable had good contract negotiators and lawyers, because they stand to incur losses due to the accomplished transfer of subscribers from Sky Cable to Cignal (nangyari na, naka-lock-in subscription ang mga lumipat, in other words, may nawala sa ABS-CBN Sky Cable), and hopefully, the party that stands to incur losses was able to negotiate a deal where such losses would be compensated for… (it looks like a good re-negotiation because the parties came out in “mutual agreement).
