Napoles arraigned. Guide for covering the bail hearings

Janet Lim-Napoles has been arraigned.

Guide for covering the bail hearings: No need anymore for any kind of ruling on any motion to transfer any hearing because the accused can waive presence in any hearing after arraignment. Accused does not have to be present in the bail hearing if she is afraid for her life, therefore, as i said ages ago, this has been rendered moot.

Note however that only one day, one hearing date, has been set for the bail hearings. Eight witnesses direct and cross, for the prosecution; 17 witnesses direct and cross for the accused, morning to…

midnight? (see my previous post below for discussion on setting of hearing dates).

           Really?

the lucky color of the day, Monday

The lucky color for today, Monday. (btw, the widgets are at the foot of the blog; widgets are the feature boxes of the blog like the comments box, twitter box, links, etc.)

She said (as always)“…the sun, moon, and stars…” So the lucky color of the day is based on …the constellation. Of course — she’s an astrologer, not a fashion designer; it’s based on the literal universe! Well, i let the universe take care of this blog — or what would be uploaded . It works ; like, this Sunday evening the replay (!)

came up again, but i hadn’t charged my gizmo! i digitized the first half only. but I have the second half , earlier….so…that works?

Just don’t use the universe- BS for work. You could use it as conversation piece, or if you’re too lazy to blog about anything substantial. Like this post. a couple of years ago, a judge was suspended for consulting dwarfs in deciding cases. The Constitution guarantees freedom of belief and freedom of worship – just don’t quote the dwarfs in your decisions and orders. “Wherefore, Dopey and Sneezy said that the contract is void for being copied from legal forms. So ordered.”

The lucky color of the day is…

hot pink or fuschia or, she said “nagbabagang pink” (hot pink nga).
