News close to your heart, chosen by a machine, ironically: That’s the news site i made this morning out of curiosity with the app. The stories are lined up, curated, and laid out by a robot (a software) based on algorithm, or what the machine thinks would interest the viewers. I just provided the online sites that it could choose from . That’s news values by a machine for you. Curious enough?
and wonder out loud. (lemme know what you think). It has 50 or so news and feature stories in text, videos, and photos, it updates twice a day, and it took only 30 minutes to construct, then the machine takes over (it produces morning and evening editions automatically without any work from me… well, i have to read them).

“Post” connotes letters and mail, but when you post in the internet, i think it’s in the context of: when the internet was originally compared to a big, big bulletin board system, such that everytime one uploads anything in the web, it was generally called posting — a post — like posting a note on a bulletin board; like… a poster — i’m just guessing, why don’t you do a thesis on it. (Although in your dashboard, it says “publish”, “edit” and “update”, not post.)
