May pasok –Classes resume in all levels in Quezon City, Marikina, Navotas, Mandaluyong as of 4:30am today Aug. 13, 2013 by announcement of the local government, according to Radyo 5, 92.3 News FM, Cable TV Channel 59 Aksyon TV.
Classes in pre-school to kindergarten are suspended in Valenzuela, Angeles, and Malabon while pre-school to elementary are suspended in Taguig; in Baliuag University, classes in all levels are suspended (from the same news organization as of 4:30am).
