Pose (or an attempt); originally

in Sanskrit, and called

bhujapidasana; bhuja means

arm (or shoulder), pida means

pain or pressure (next time,

instead of saying “Ouch!” i will

say “Pida!”) while asana, as you

know by now, means pose.
