Thanks! i’m not a yoga instructor; and too bad, i don’t practise anymore (except occasionally, that is, after every apocalyptic hurricane/ flood). i run. A little. But you can find morning yoga classes in the internet, just make sure the instructor is certified by an organization affiliated with the international Yoga Alliance. tnx again!
