SC Orals PDAF Pork resumes today 2pm live stream here

The Supreme Court oral arguments on the legal challenges to the PDAF/ pork barrel resumes today at 2pm, with the Solicitor General expected to argue that the PDAF has been “abolished” by the President; and that in any case, Congress, when it enacted the 2013 GAA with the PDAF provisions,had the authority to do so  and did not exceed its powers.
