Breaking, posted at 12:14pm: From SC en banc : No gag order for now. Supreme Court does not shut down the internet. (The Motion for Gag Order seeks to prohibit all who seek “on behalf” of ABS-CBN from speaking on the Quo Warranto or franchise. “On behalf” means in favor of. It is broad and covers more than half of all posts, tweets, IG captions/ comments on the issue.
