Enumerate at least five “protected aspects” of an individual’s privacy (private aspects of an individual’s life) that cannot be the subject of publication/ cannot be publicly disclosed unless they involve public interest and are newsworthy (or the person has waived privacy by volunteering the information ) ; then, submit a sample of a news feature/ news report/ feature report/ op-ed/ (time frame: media exposure/ media coverage from August 1, 2019 to November 14, 2019) to illustrate when such an aspect of a public person’s life has become of public interest and therefore can be published or publicly disclosed.
BONUS: For an additional 5pts, and in a separate post marked as “Explainer”, explain why the subject matter in the sample you chose has become of public interest or is newsworthy by: 1)using the categories discussed in class and 2)applying the standards established by jurisprudence. (a general explanation will not merit any points).
