Weekly Photo Challenge: Urban 

     This is my post for the “Weekly Photo Challenge: Urban” —  A street program showing  University of the Philippines sports science and P.E. students “interpreting”  Filipino world boxing champ Manny Pacquiao’s title fights.   And, no, they’re not on performance-enhancing drugs (sorry, Lance Armstrong               ), they’re  performance-enhanced,  from a natural high – an impulse to impress, the will to excel.
