Inquirer today used the first photo in my previous blog post, four hours after, of PNoy with epals: Ang Kapal Talaga

as expected, a big media organization used the photo i found and retrieved, deleted by the Official Gazette FB account, see previous blog post in

EXCLUSIVE photos: PNoy emergency landing SCTEX w epals: Official Gazette FB (Ph Gov’t) admin removed these photos

The Inquirer page one editor used the photo and simply put the photo credit “Malacanang photo”

(rightclicked from inquirer.net used here non-commercially for review and criticism purposes)

     — ASK THEM FOR THE LINK WHERE THEY RIGHTCLICKED THE PHOTO FROM — THAT LINK EXISTS IN THE TOOL BAR OF A WINDOW IN MY COMPUTER BECAUSE I DOWNLOADED IT, THEN, IT WAS DELETED BY THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE FB, i posted the link for about an hour in my blog, then, changed my mind and removed the link because i knew that the big media organizations would use it wantonly without acknowledgement of how they found it  Hay naku, ganyan talaga ang mga taong makapal ang mukha, ako pa ang kelangang magpasensiya sa kanila (C’est la vie, that’s what thick-skinned people are made of, we have to make allowances for them). Well, you know where you saw it first.

And you also know kung sino ang mga walang delicadeza (who are unethical).

                                                         EXCLUSIVE!

Exclusive, precious photos:

PNoy emergency landing on SCTEX with epals

The  Official Gazette Facebook Account (Philippine Government) admin (user, Philippine government) removed these photos:

This photo is a precious copy. It was removed by the administrator of the Official Gazette Facebook Account (Philippine Government) seconds after i rightclicked it, a public document and not subject of any copyright claim being a work of government on a government site (“not subject of a copyright claim”  means it can be reproduced being a work of government, but with credits/ citation). It’s not there anymore or anywhere in google images. In fact, when I looked at my downloaded copy in my Pictures Folder, it had been messed up and transformed from a jpeg file into a One-Note file,  which did not anymore open. It also disappeared from my computer, I used “Search all files” and typed its file name. I had to use five tricks in the internet to find it somewhere in cyberspace (kahit na lawyer lang ako, mahahanap ko kayo).

IF YOU’RE GOING TO USE  THESE PHOTOS KINDLY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THEY HAVE BEEN DELETED BY THE GOVERNMENT FROM THEIR OFFICIAL GAZETTE FB ACCOUNT AND THE ONLY REASON THEY EXIST NOW IN CYBERSPACE IS THE  BLOG PROMPTLY DOWNLOADED THEM BEFORE THEY WERE DELETED AND SO THEY HAVE BEEN PERMANENTLY UPLOADED IN THE WORLDWIDE WEB FILE BECAUSE IT WAS DOWNLOADED BEFORE DELETED

i will give you the link  where it has been permanently uploaded in cyberspace because blog admin downloaded it before it was deleted in the Official Gazette FB, next week, the link contains the former FB account number of the photo before it was deleted. (for now, you’ll have to rightclick it from this blog — thanks. 🙂  )

Rightclicked from the Philippine Government Official Gazette FB account before the photo was deleted, with the caption:

“Presidential chopper where President Benigno S. Aquino III is on board makes an emergency landing at SCTEX near Hacienda Luisita in Tarlac due to poor visibility brought about by heavy rains Friday, August 10, 2012 . Despite the incident the President continued his visit to flooded areas and distribute relief goods to evacuees of Paniqui, and Capas Tarlac, Pampanga, Bataan and Bulacan. photo by Jay Morales/Malacanang Photo Bureau)”, retrieved by Marichu Lambino.
